This Master's thesis deals with analyses of customer satisfaction and loyalty to the GiTy, a.s. company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains problems of customer satisfaction and loyalty and their measurement. Furthermore, it deals with marketing research, with a focus on questionnaire-based data acquisition. The practical part of the thesis includes the company presentation, survey design and methodology of the data analysis. This part also describes the continuous customer satisfaction measuring system of the company. The implementation of this measuring system was the aim of this thesis.

The aim of the work, except assembly into available theoretical solutions, analysis of chosen company, which is T-mobile Czech Republic a.s. The piece of practical part is proposal of possible variances in the analysis of activities in accordance with the theoretical basis and taking into account the conditions of the company.

In my diploma thesis I deal with the issue of a customer satisfaction, which is an important factor of the company success. Customer is the most important part of the market, and if the customer is not sufficiently satisfied, he usually goes to another competitor. Than, if the company really wants to be successful in the market, they must try to provide an adequate care and attention to the customer. The aim of this thesis is then to propose a project for increasing the customer satisfaction and thereby also increasing an awareness of the company. I will survey the customer satisfaction in a company dealing with the production and distribution of herbal products. My survey will be based on the method of questioning using interviewing questionnaires, where both pharmacists and final customers are respondents.. Based on the survey and data provided within the survey, I will evaluate the customer satisfaction and provide the company a recommendation, which would result in increasing of the customer satisfaction.

The aim of my thesis is gathering of available theoretical data and above all analysis of a chosen company (Českomoravská stavební spořitelna, company). Practical part is furthermore focused on proposal appropriate changes in activities of analyzed company accord to theoretical data and with the consideration of company conditions.

This thesis presents analyse of chinese market in segment of heating body with object evaluate possibility to enter on this difficult market from czech company. Individual variables, which could influence successfully activity on chinese market are revaluation in the part of foreign´s marketing research . Analysis of customers satisfaction of company LCS INTERNATIONAL with information systems Helios

The main goal of this Master`s thesis is to find out the satisfaction of current customers with the economic information systems HELIOS produced by LCS International, Inc. company. This company is engaged in the development and distribution of these information systems. The Master`s thesis contains the analysis of the customers` satisfaction results. On the basis of this analysis the strong and weak points in each information system were identified from the current customers` points of view. My proposals in this work lead to the increase of the customers` satisfaction with the HELIOS information systems.
